KontentiQ provides design services including Amazon listing images, infographics, A+ content, and related visual work. All services are provided based on agreed project scope.

 

2. Project Scope & Revisions

Work is delivered according to the approved brief. Revisions are limited to the agreed scope and do not include major concept changes unless agreed separately.

 

3. Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually per project. Final files are delivered after payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, text, images, and approvals. KontentiQ is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Final designs become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. KontentiQ reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

KontentiQ is not responsible for changes in Amazon policies, listing performance, or account-related issues.
